As a Business Developer/Account Manager at ACA, 

  • you will be responsible for expanding and maintaining your own customer portfolio. For these customers you are the point of contact for all communication, solving their problems, contract management, … In other words, you are their rock!
  • your are continuously discovering new opportunities in the market. You are not afraid to take new initiatives, even if you sometimes will be disappointed. #keepongoing! 
  • do you really want to help your customer or prospect with looking for the right solution! You always involve your technical colleagues in this process to arrive at the unique total solution tailored to the customer.
  • take the initiative to continuously improve and refine the sales process.

Take ownership and responsibility for the sales process from A to Z. That is why you have to communicate clearly at different levels within organizations.

Do you have what it takes?

Hard skills

  • You have more than 5 years of relevant experience.
  • You have excellent writing skills. The preparation of proposals and tenders are no problem for you.
  • Do you have experience with project management for software and do you know 'Agile'? Then that's a big plus!
  • Communication skills are crucial in our teamwork. We share our knowledge and experience in both Dutch and English.

Soft skills

  • You find quality and innovation important, and keep on going until you have found the perfect solutions for the client.
  • You are open to any challenge, and are ready to go the extra mile to help your client or prospect! 
  • You get energy from selling high quality ICT-solutions. This makes you the ideal person to work out the right solution together with our customers.
  • You are a team player, and are happy to work with a close (sales)team. 
  • One last thing: you are passionate about everything that is IT & software related.
