As a Mobile developer at ACA Group, you will be responsible for supporting the development of innovative and state-of-the-art mobile enterprise applications. You will be part of a young, dynamic and very passionate team that is always open to new ideas and initiatives.

Your role at ACA

You analyze, design and develop technical wonders of mobile apps for our clients. The latest technologies are your playground, especially React Native has no secrets for you.
You brainstorm with our clients about what they want and what they really need in their apps. You also do workload estimates.
Agile working is in your DNA. You give constructive feedback to teammates and engage with feedback you receive yourself. You are a trigger and leader of the team to make continuous improvements in how we work, code, test, etc.
You will assist the business unit manager in the daily operational completion of the projects on a technical level. You keep a keen eye on the latest technological trends and know how to assess them well.
You can work at one of our offices (Hasselt, Ghent, Leuven or Antwerp), from home or if necessary on location to the customer.

Do you have what it takes?

Hard skills

You have several years of proven experience in Mobile development
You have a broad knowledge of mobile technologies (iOS, Android, ReactNative) and always stay on top of the latest trends.
You are an expert in your favorite technology, but you also have an eye for the bigger picture and are willing to continuously improve your software development skills.
You are passionate about software development and have an eye for elegant design
You have strong ideas about mobile application architecture.
You actively think about how we can provide high-quality solutions to our customers.

Soft skills

You get energy from collaborating and coaching team members.
You stand for quality code, mobile UX, performance, security and maintainability.
You not only have an eye for your own work, but also understand the importance of things like UX/UI, integration with other software, information architecture, DevOps, security and cloud.
You are analytically strong with a critical eye.
You take pride in your work and always strive for the best approach.
You communicate fluently and with a positive attitude. You know how to communicate your ideas clearly to your teammates and can easily bring others into your thinking.
You are flexible and can effortlessly oversee and supervise multiple projects.
