Your role at ACA

As a Mobile Developer at ACA, you are responsible for developing innovative and state-of-the-art mobile enterprise applications. You will be part of a dynamic and very passionate team that's always open for new ideas and initiatives.

You follow innovative developments and trends, and you test these through prototypes. Your experience allows you to weigh up different trends in relation to each other and to make a good estimate of technological evolutions.

You analyze and design technical mobile apps and contribute to their development. You will use the latest new technologies, such as:

Native development
Swift (iOS)
Java (Android)
xPlatform development
ReactNative
Appcelerator Titanium.

In addition, you work in an agile team and you also think agile. You think along with the customer about the functional and non-functional requirements of the mobile apps and you estimate the workload. You also think about improving the development process by taking initiative and making suggestions. Finally, you give and get the necessary feedback to your teammembers.

Do you have what it takes?

Hard skills

You already have work experience as a mobile developer.
You have experience with some mobile technologies (iOS, Android, ReactNative), trends and technologies.

Soft skills

You have a passion for software development and an eye for elegant design.
You find code quality, mobile UX, performance, security and maintainability very important.
You are specialized in your favorite technology, but you are also interested in continuously improving your technological skills.
You know the importance of a good UX and UI, integration with other software, information architecture, DevOps, security and cloud.
You have an analytical mindset with a critical view. You are proud of your work.
You have good communication skills and have an enthusiastic mindset.

Finally, you are willing to work at the office in Hasselt and you are flexible to go to the customer's location.
