Your role at ACA

Your task package will be very diverse, but the most important tasks consist of:

You are responsible for processing incoming invoices. You provide the necessary control and keep the overview in a structured way.
You follow up on the completeness of the timesheets of the consultants and provide outgoing invoicing based on this. You also create sales invoices based on the orders entered into our system.
You book the banks daily and are responsible for processing expense notes.
You are responsible for the preparation/layout of VAT returns.
You support the periodic closings (processing payroll entries, debits,...).
You think about how the financial and administrative processes can possibly be improved.
You support the Financial Controller where necessary and report to her.
You support your colleagues from other departments on an administrative level and help with telephone reception.
You will be involved in improvement projects and will work on some ad hoc tasks.

Do you have what it takes?

Hard skills

You are in possession of a Bachelor's Degree;
Or you have a first relevant experience in accounting.

Soft skills

You are communicative, work efficiently and know the importance of deadlines.
You look for and share possible improvements.
You like to work independently, but you’re also a real team player.
You are highly motivated and proactive.
You're fluent in Dutch.
